A Civil Crew Laborer assists in building each job as defined by the client's scope of work and construction drawings under the direction of the Civil Crew Leader.
Responsibilities:- Excavating, forming, and pouring tower foundation spread footings.
- Loading and unloading all tools and equipment.
- Follow scope of work and construction drawings to complete projects.
- Verify that all tools, equipment and stocked supplies on your trailer are available and in working order.
- Attend daily tailgate meetings to address daily tasks and safety issues.
- Report any safety concerns to Civil Crew Leader.
- Take pictures of final work and provide all documentation to Project Manager as needed.
- Keep work site clean, organized, and free of trash.
- Tie rebar mats and cages.
- Read laser level and grade sticks.
- Trenching and installing PVC conduit and ground rings.
- Hand digging around utilities and shoveling/raking dirt and gravel.
