  • Day to day responsibility for the administration tasks of all people functions, utilising and administering as required within the People management system.
  • Act as a first point of people contact for all employee’s, answering queries on process and policy where possible.
  • Support the whole PSSC team to deliver including quality checking output.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for specific processes (e. g.

L&D or Operations) and be the escalation point for PSSC Administrators for complex Support and lead, from a PSSC perspective on key activities beyond business as usual.

  • Proactively find solutions to problems/ potential issues.
  • Manage a volume of telephone and e-mail enquiries as well as queries made in person via the Shared Service Centre Mailbox – ensuring accurate and timely responses at all times.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry onto people systems – ensuring the ongoing integrity of data.
  • Provide management information when requested.
  • Support the reconciliation of payroll adjustments for both weekly paid and salaried staff.
  • To comply with company standards, policies and procedures.
  • Proven track record of providing People/HR administrative support to a large, multi-site, multi-disciplined business.
  • Experience of running HR Processes (Stat payments / Maternity / Payroll / payment plans etc.)
  • Experience of working within a HR/confidential environment.
  • Potential requirement to travel to sites/offices as and when required.
