Murphy is recruiting a Bid Manager to join the Work Winning Proposals Team in Glasgow or Aberdeen. You will manage the entire tender process for major power infrastructure projects, coordinating engineering, estimating, project management and health and safety stakeholders.
You will develop bid strategies, review submission content, liaise with clients and manage bid budgets, with a focus on delivering high-quality, compliant proposals and continuous improvement across the tender lifecycle.
