Who Is Murphy

Murphy is a leading international engineering and construction company. We specialise in infrastructure, transportation, and energy.

Location: Lancashire.

Murphy is looking for additional employees to be part of the 1.5 – 3 kilometre pipeline replacement project, involving a 1200mm ductile iron pipe laid at 6 metres depth.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out groundwork activities in alignment with project specifications and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

  • CSCS
  • Deep Drainage experience – 6 metres depth
  • Pipelaying
  • Confined space – City and Guild
  • EUSR - CAT 3 /4 /5 – Desirable
  • Proven experience in groundwork with a focus on Utility projects
  • In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to travel and stay away from home
  • UK driving licence
