The Role Will Involve Some Or All The Following
- Welcoming guests/visitors and VIPs to the office
- Inductions – ensuring all visitors/guests and VIPs are inducted upon arrival
- Ensuring the building and its systems are in good working order, including coordinating repair schedules
- Vendor management – working with external service providers that may attend site
- Space management – coordinating the use of office and meeting room space by managing room bookings and addressing space requirements
- Health and safety – ensuring the facility complies with health and safety regulations including emergency exits, fire alarms and overall safety of employees and visitors
- Event support – assisting with setting up or managing events, meetings or conferences at the office
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the office/facility
What qualification will I receive through the apprenticeship?
As part of this apprenticeship you will follow the Facilities Services Operative Level 2 apprenticeship standard which takes up to 18 months to complete, along with the skills and experience to build a promising career within the industry.
What do I need to be considered for the apprenticeship?
- GCSE Maths and English at grade A*-D / 3-9 (or equivalent)
- You don’t need prior experience; you need to be ready to learn, have a positive mindset and a can-do attitude
- Eligible to work in the UK with a valid work permit if applicable. Please note, we do not provide sponsorship
