Murphy is recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join our growing Infrastructure team, delivering a major water infrastructure project in partnership with United Utilities, as part of the AMP8 programme.
A day in the life of a Murphy Assistant Site Manager:
- To assist with planning and deliver all work on a small/medium sized site.
- To understand short and medium contract programmes.
- To monitor & document progress, maintain clear output tracker escalating critical operational issues to the Site Manager.
- Facilitate and minute progress meetings within the team and supply chain partners.
- Assist with site inductions & orientations.
- Maintain accurate Plant & materials register and report on this weekly.
- Assist with site paperwork including risk assessments & method statements.
- Assist with materials ordering.
- Line manager duties where required.
- Action and input data required for Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
