Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Territory Manager to join our growing Sales team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to make an impact in the fast‑growing geospatial sector. With a strong background in solution‑led sales, you’ll confidently communicate the Murphy Geospatial value proposition and act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them unlock the full potential of our innovative solutions. You’ll enjoy a varied, client‑focused role with regular travel across the London region, supported by a hybrid working model and comprehensive training to accelerate your long‑term development.

What You Will Do:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, while identifying and developing new opportunities to drive profitable sales growth
  • Represent Murphy Geospatial at client meetings, trade shows, conferences, and corporate events
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation
  • Collaborate with the Bid Management Team to analyse key information throughout the bidding process
  • Research and pursue new leads to support ongoing business development
  • Accurately record activities and maintain data in the company CRM system
  • Work with senior team members to support delivery of key performance plans and strategic objectives
  • Partner with sales teams and estimators across departments to deliver bundled, multi-disciplinary service offerings
  • Provide weekly reports on activity, pipeline movement, and progress against targets

What You Will Bring:

  • 3–5 years’ experience selling solution-led propositions into the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors
  • Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the London region
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
