We’re looking for an experienced and driven Territory Manager to join our growing Sales team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to make an impact in the fast‑growing geospatial sector. With a strong background in solution‑led sales, you’ll confidently communicate the Murphy Geospatial value proposition and act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them unlock the full potential of our innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities- Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, while identifying and developing new opportunities to drive profitable sales growth.
- Represent Murphy Geospatial at client meetings, trade shows, conferences, and corporate events.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.
- Collaborate with the Bid Management Team to analyse key information throughout the bidding process.
- Research and pursue new leads to support ongoing business development.
- Accurately record activities and maintain data in the company CRM system.
- Work with senior team members to support delivery of key performance plans and strategic objectives.
- Partner with sales teams and estimators across departments to deliver bundled, multi‑disciplinary service offerings.
- Provide weekly reports on activity, pipeline movement, and progress against targets.
- 3–5 years’ experience selling solution‑led propositions into the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Birmingham region.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Right to work in the UK.
