Position Overview
The account executive – Geospatial & Digital Delivery is responsible for driving growth, client relationships, and programme success within the EU Mission Critical (Data Centre) market, while owning the strategy, integration, and delivery of geospatial and digital solutions across the project lifecycle. The role combines sales leadership, technical credibility, and digital delivery oversight, ensuring clients receive scalable, high‑quality geospatial and digital outcomes that reduce risk, accelerate delivery, and support long‑term asset performance.
What You Will Do
- Drive business growth and develop senior client relationships within the EU mission‑critical (data centre) sector.
- Lead early‑stage client engagements, shaping geospatial and digital strategies that secure new opportunities.
- Own and promote the EU mission‑critical geospatial and digital delivery proposition, ensuring integrated, high‑value solutions across the project lifecycle.
- Act as a senior technical and commercial advisor, influencing client decisions where digital, data, or geospatial outcomes are critical.
- Support programme delivery by guiding scope, fees, contracts, and risk management for complex, multi‑site projects.
- Collaborate across sales, delivery, BIM, and geospatial teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality digital delivery and data governance.
- Mentor senior project and technical leaders and contribute to innovation, standardisation, and scalable delivery models across EU programmes.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years’ relevant experience in mission‑critical, infrastructure, construction, or digital delivery environments (Essential).
- Professional registration (Desirable).
- Degree in a relevant discipline (Desirable).
- Working knowledge of: BIM / digital construction environments, Geospatial data and CAD‑based workflows, Common Data Environments (desirable, not mandatory).
- Strong commercial and strategic judgement.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into client value.
- High‑impact leadership and influencing skills.
- Strong negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating across sales, technical, and delivery domains.
