The Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting an experienced Territory Manager to join our Manchester team. This is an exciting opportunity for a focused and driven individual to thrive in the rapidly growing Geospatial sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution-led sales, with the ability to clearly communicate the Murphy Geospatial value proposition. You’ll be seen by clients as a trusted advisor, helping them unlock the full potential of geospatial solutions. This role involves frequent client and site visits across the North‑West region, and offers a hybrid working model (Manchester office / home‑based). Training will be provided where required to support your growth within this exciting industry.

What will I be doing in my new role?

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, while identifying and leveraging new opportunities to drive profitable sales growth
  • Representing Murphy Geospatial at meetings, corporate events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Preparing quotations and tender documentation
  • Collaborating with the Bid Management Team to maintain and analyse key information during the bidding process
  • Researching and pursuing new leads that could develop into business opportunities
  • Accurately recording and managing data within the company CRM system
  • Working with senior team members to deliver on key performance plans and strategies
  • Collaborating with sales and estimators across departments to deliver bundled, multi‑faced services to suitable clients
  • Providing weekly reports on activities and progress against targets

Requirements of the role:

  • Minimum 3‑5 years’ experience selling solution led propositions into either construction, engineering or infrastructure sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the North‑West
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Full English fluency and proficiency in writing/reading/speaking.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
