Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment
• Read job orders, observe and listen to vehicles in operation to diagnose issues and plan work procedures
• Follow checklists to ensure all critical parts are examined
• Inspect safety features and adjust as needed
• Test-drive vehicles to ensure proper operation
• Tag warranty parts and coordinate returns
• Attend training sessions and stay updated with factory bulletins
• Develop positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction
• Complete assigned repairs properly and efficiently
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures
• Participate in technical training and utilize available resources
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure vehicles are returned clean
• Show courtesy to all guests and dealership personnel
• Strive to meet production goals
• Follow manufacturer policies regarding warranty repairs and documentation
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of fleet or dealership experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• ASE certification preferred
• CDL certification preferred
• Strong dedication to customer service and teamwork
• Self-motivated and professional
• Own tools required
