Fixed term Maternity Cover – until December 2026
Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a temporary opportunity to support a busy finance team in a manufacturing company, mainly in the brewing industry? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us for maternity cover immediate start until 31st December 2026 at our Chilwell office.
Ideally with experience in a similar role and Sage 200. We will consider part and full time applicants for this role (minimum of 22 hours).
Key responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Manage the accounts payables, reconcile purchase invoices to statements, post invoices and credits on Sage 200, prepare payment runs, process staff expense claims, reconcile credit card statements, and manage online portals for supplier compliance.
- Accounts: Perform bank reconciliations, VAT Return processing, prepare and reconcile schedules for balance sheet accounts (including prepayments and accruals), support internal and external audits, and provide cover for credit control as needed.
