Act as the voice of the client in product discussions, influencing roadmap with high-quality insights.
- Technical Problem Solving: Triage and resolve highly complex issues across APIs, data pipelines, workflows, and integrations. Proactively analyze client usage to drive optimization and prevent future issues. Produce advanced solution documentation, integration specs, and architecture diagrams.
- Cross-functional Projects Across The Company: Coordinate cross-team technical initiatives, leading execution with product, engineering, and operations. Communicate progress and risk clearly to both internal teams and executive-level client stakeholders. Maintain high standards of speed, quality, and reliability.
- Growth & Strategy: Identify and shape upsell opportunities through technical insight and business alignment. Support key GTM initiatives, helping unlock growth within enterprise accounts. Mentor junior and mid-level Solutions Engineers and raise the technical bar across the org.

- Engineering, data, or technical background.
- Proven track record owning large/complex accounts and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Strong architectural thinking and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Autonomous, proactive, and highly accountable.
