You would be part of our IP Services Renewals Team who manage the payment of over 30,000 cases due for renewal in any one year and monitor almost 100,000 maintenance fees in total. We have a worldwide client base handled by a team who are based in Glasgow, London and Leeds. The Trade Mark Renewals Assistant would work with the Trade Mark Renewals Team to ensure all Trade Mark Renewals are monitored, updated and processed. Responsibilities: Identifying cases to be renewed Monitoring deadlines and sending reminders Calculating costs and investigating requirements, both legal and client specific Corresponding with clients and establishing ongoing use of the Trademark Preparing formality documents for execution by the client Attending to the renewals in direct jurisdictions using various payment vehicles Instructing and communicating with local associates for indirect jurisdictions Advising and invoicing clients Updating our case records, collating evidence/certificates and reporting to the client Dealing with administrative tasks Person Specification: Excellent computer literacy, numeracy and communication skills Be able to prioritise, take instructions and pay attention to detail Have the ability to deal with repetitive tasks accurately Have a positive attitude to change Show willingness to help others and work as part of a team Proactive approach with a desire to learn Annual Salary Review 28 days annual leave per annum plus 5 days bank holiday per annum Employer pension match contribution up to 5% Life assurance (three times basic salary) Ride2Work Programme Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Length of service gifts Career development and study support Opportunities to be involved in ESG activities (environment, charities, community engagement and ED&I) Company-wide and team social events A great place to work with a one team culture If you are interested in applying, you are invited to send a cover letter, together with a detailed curriculum vitae, describing any qualifications, expertise and relevant experience to our HR Team at hr@murgitroyd.com, or contact us for further information about the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
