Tyre Operative

Work with us We are currently seeking a dedicated Tyre Operative to join our team. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Tyre Operative will play a crucial role in our recycling operations by operating machinery to compress and bail scrap tyres. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and a commitment to achieving daily targets. The Day to Day Assist in unloading scrap tyre casings from vehicles. Conduct visual checks to ensure tyres are free of contamination. Operate machinery and equipment according to procedures. Use forklift to load bails onto trailers for collection. Maintain and clean machinery for optimal performance. Adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines. Collaborate with team members to achieve targets. Provide feedback for continuous improvement initiatives. Gain thorough knowledge of machinery operations. Who we're looking for Strong team player with ability to work effectively in a team.
