We are currently seeking a dedicated Tyre Operative to join our team. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Tyre Operative will play a crucial role in our recycling operations by operating machinery to compress and bail scrap tyres. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and a commitment to achieving daily targets.

The Day to Day
- Assist in unloading scrap tyre casings from vehicles.
- Conduct visual checks to ensure tyres are free of contamination.
- Operate machinery and equipment according to procedures.
- Use forklift to load bails onto trailers for collection.
- Maintain and clean machinery for optimal performance.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets.
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Gain thorough knowledge of machinery operations.
