Team & Context
The client services team is firstly responsible for the smooth, timely and cost-effective implementation of our platform in the client’s environment. Following the client go-live, the client services team develops and implements an appropriate upgrade and support strategy. The Client Services EMEA Trading team is responsible for providing expertise to the client and supporting them on the MX.3 platform in the maintenance phase, new implementation and extension phases. The team is also coordinating with Trading product experts to raise client concerns, align on recommendations and share new areas of enhancement.
Your missions/What you'll do?
- The consultant provides support and delivery services to our clients in their area of expertise according to Murex standards (quality and effort).
- Provide support services to the clients: follow-up and solving of open cases.
- Contribute to the build phases of upgrade, migration or implementation projects as a stream member and participate in client workshops when needed.
- Manage defect correction and product enhancement.
- Conduct trainings, internal to Murex or to clients.
- Contribute to client assistance on-site.
- Start acting as Support Coordinator with guidance.
- Provide internal assistance to more senior profiles for demo/pre-sales preparation.
- Work on an internal product evolution stream.
Your profile/Who you are?
- Engineering degree or Master, first experience is appreciated.
- Financial Engineering knowledge is a plus.
- SQL and Unix knowledge.
- Python, C++ is a plus.
- Client-facing skills and fluent in English.
- Strong analysis skills.
- Ability to take initiatives and work autonomously.
- Good communication skills and interactions with others.
