Murchington Consulting are proud to be partnering exclusively with a global leader in elite sport recruitment, in their search for a new consultant to join the team. Placing professional candidates into board level, executive, management and senior operational roles, this boutique consultancy's client list reads like a Who’s Who of elite sport: the FA, the Premier League, World Rugby, the PGA, World Athletics and the Jockey Club, plus numerous high profile teams, venues, sports charities and organisations: Man City, Man United, Chelsea FC, Aston Villa, Birmingham City, West Bromwich Albion, Royal Ascot, Harlequins, and Sale Sharks to name only a few, plus a rapidly-expanding client portfolio in the UAE and India.
The successful candidate for this role will have at least 2 years’ consistent experience as a perms recruiter, with a quantifiable track record of good billing and client development. You will be taking over a warm desk and enviable client list but will also be expected to expand on that with your own business development. Experience of sports recruitment is not essential but an interest in the sporting world would be a distinct advantage!
The role is based in beautiful offices in central Birmingham, within easy walk of all public transport links. Competitive base commission.
