We are working closely with a national education recruitment consultancy who are looking to scale up considerably over the next few years. They are looking for senior consultants to run desks and/or teams of recruiters across primary, secondary, early years and SEN markets and offer a superb bonus structure as well as a route into a shareholding.

They have 10 offices around the country and have one of the best performing teams in terms of GP per desk in their sector. Having gone through a fairly recent MBO they are investing in growth so are looking to hear from ambitious, high performing consultants.
