MC is working alongside a longstanding client who are looking to set up an L&D function for their national recruitment team. Our client is a national provider of recruitment services into a range of markets including construction, finance, IT and life sciences and is looking to bring its training function completely in-house. In brief; * Design and develop all collateral for training programme * Structure courses for all staff * Training to be delivered in-person and remotely dependant on logistics/content * Follow-ups and ongoing support (particularly for newer consultants) * Analysis and reporting of results/improvements * Offer 1:1 coaching to assist in improvement of individual consultants Our client offers a great opportunity to put your stamp on a new function and make a real difference to their business.
