The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role with genuine influence. You’ll have the autonomy to grow a division (or multiple), develop people into top performers, and help define how we go to market in an increasingly competitive tech landscape. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and growing a team of high-performing IT recruiters
- Setting and executing a clear strategy for your vertical(s)

- Driving revenue, performance, and culture in equal measure
- Hiring, coaching, and retaining top recruitment talent
- Working closely with the leadership team on overall business direction
