This role would be to account manage and develop a number of those clients in order to maximise the return and make as many placements as you can! The company is well set up with a quality database and full use of all of the tools you would need like Linkedin Recruiter and various job boards. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 18 months in recruitment with a track record of making placements under your belt.
