The Global Accounts Manager is responsible for maximizing Murata's global Hyperscaler/CSP market share and sales opportunities by promoting product growth and providing development, management, and account direction for assigned accounts.

This position is accountable for strategic business creation and execution, building a team to deliver on promises, as well as developing account relationships at all organizational levels.

  • What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)
  • Leads global cross-functional teams to develop, align, and execute customer account strategies, ensuring coordinated delivery across business units, regions, and functions.
  • Owns the end-to-end execution of global account strategy, driving alignment, accountability, and results across a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Develops and implements business plans to achieve strategic objectives, maximizing sales, revenue, profitability, and Murata’s position in the global Hyperscaler/CSP market.
  • Acts as lead negotiator during global engagements, leveraging strong problem-solving, influence, and communication skills to align internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitates global pricing strategy and coordination with product divisions and overseas affiliates to ensure competitive and consistent market positioning.
  • Drives the design-win pipeline and long-term growth by aligning internal stakeholders and customer priorities.
  • Leads complex, cross-functional initiatives across sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver account outcomes, resolve execution challenges, and accelerate progress.
  • Supports product roadmap planning by capturing and translating the voice of the customer (VOC) into actionable insights for internal teams.
  • Drives new product development engagement by coordinating engineering teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with customers.
  • Builds and maintains strong, trust-based relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Coaches and develops direct and indirect team members, strengthening cross-functional capability and enabling scalable execution across global teams.
  • What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • 10+ years’ sales experience in an electronic-related or other technical industry.
  • Understanding of the global Hyperscaler/ CSP industry.
  • Experience working for a culturally diverse global company.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies as well as the ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives without direct authority.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and visually to diverse audiences.
  • Advanced negotiation and consultative skills, including communication and presentation skills.
  • How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Previous manufacturing sales experience.
  • Experience with sales analytics and budget responsibilities.
  • Marketing and market planning knowledge.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hyperscaler/CSP industry and value chain.

Salary Max $194,711

We consider various factors in determining actual pay including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
