We’re a collaborative group of marketers, storytellers, and relationship builders passionate about connecting with customers and partners in meaningful ways. Together, we shape how the world experiences Mural through events, partnerships, and thought leadership.

YOUR MISSION

You’ll shape how Mural shows up in key international markets by localizing our marketing, events, and demand generation efforts across EMEA and APAC. This role isn’t just about running events — it’s about understanding how buyers make decisions, staying close to the customer, and adapting our global strategy so it resonates culturally and commercially in each region.

You’ll partner closely with Revenue, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, CS, and our Partnerships & Events Director to build pipeline, capture competitive intelligence, and create local experiences that reflect how business is done in each market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Localize global marketing and demand gen strategies for EMEA, with APAC to follow as the region grows
  • Stay close to regional customers to understand buyer behavior, cultural nuances, and the realities of how deals get done
  • Translate global campaigns, product messaging, content, and plays into market-specific versions that feel relevant and actionable
  • Run field events and decide where global event strategies work locally — adapting formats, messaging, and targeting as needed
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders on event selection, planning, and execution, ensuring strong sales alignment and follow-through
  • Identify cultural trends, business norms, and competitive signals to guide segmentation, positioning, and program decisions
  • Provide regional competitive intelligence to Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams
  • Manage messaging, logistics, and coordination with Sales for all regional field activities
  • Support integrated campaigns and partner programs designed for priority markets
  • Track performance, pipeline contribution, and regional ROI in Salesforce and other marketing systems
  • Build repeatable processes that strengthen how we launch and execute programs in emerging international markets
  • Travel up to 25% for regional events, customer engagement, partner meetings, and in-market insights

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in field marketing, regional marketing, or localized demand gen roles within B2B SaaS
  • Experience operating across NAMER and EMEA, with an understanding of how cultural differences shape buying behavior
  • A track record of staying close to customers and using those insights to shape marketing decisions
  • Hands-on experience running events (field events, trade shows, customer meetups, partner events)
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS selling motions and how marketing supports pipeline creation
  • Experience using Salesforce (required) and familiarity with marketing attribution and reporting
  • Ability to spot local trends, surface competitive insights, and adapt messaging for different regions
  • Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple programs across markets
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Revenue, Product, and Marketing
  • Fluency in English
  • German language proficiency preferred
