Operations Engineer

Mura Technology’s mission is to protect the land, oceans and air from pollution caused by plastic mismanagement. About the Role: The Operations Engineer is part of the Mura Technology Operations Team responsible for safely and efficiently managing the company’s operating sites to meet production and sustainability targets. The Operations Team ensures that all plant operations and maintenance activities meet health and safety requirements, as well as environmental regulations. Initially based on Mura Technology’s first hydrothermal plastic recycling plant at Wilton, the role will focus on the successful start-up and early operation of the facility working with the onsite operations team to embed operating standards and practices. To deliver on performance targets, the Operations Engineer will be key in providing performance monitoring and benchmarking to determine improvements to plant and operations.
