This role is critical to that expansion.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Manager to build, launch, and manage MUOV’s UK premium retail network. You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and onboarding best-in-class retail partners
- Building a network of up to 40 high-end locations (initial phase)
- Managing partner performance and in-store growth
- Driving retail sell-through supported by MUOV’s drop-shipping model
This is a hybrid hunter–farmer role — combining new business acquisition with network performance management. You will play a pivotal role in scaling MUOV’s physical retail presence at a defining moment in the company’s journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Network Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and secure high-end cycling and performance retailers
- Target premium, brand-aligned partners (not volume outlets)
- Lead commercial negotiations and onboarding agreements
- Develop regional launch plans for new partners
- Account Management & Growth
- Manage and nurture relationships across the retail network
- Deliver training to store teams on product, technology, and positioning
- Drive in-store engagement, demonstrations, and events
- Monitor sales performance and implement growth plans
- Build a scalable UK and European retail structure (initially up to 40 locations)
- Ensure retail environments reflect MUOV’s premium brand standards
- Work closely with marketing on POS, displays, and campaigns
- Drop-Shipping & Operational Alignment
- Support retailers operating within MUOV’s direct fulfilment model
- Ensure seamless customer purchase and delivery experience
- Liaise with operations and logistics teams
- Field Leadership
- Represent MUOV at retail activations and industry events
- Provide weekly reporting and insights to senior leadership
- Internal Collaboration
- Attend weekly meetings at MUOV HQ
- Feed market intelligence into product, marketing, and leadership teams
