We have an established digital presence but are looking for a creative and digitally savvy communications and marketing professional to join our team to help move our digital communications forward. This role will play a key part in shaping how we creatively tell our story across our markets in the UK, Asia, Europe and the rest of the world, as well as engaging with customers, industry stakeholders and local communities on social media and other digital channels.

Reporting to the Communications Manager and working closely with the wider Marketing Team, you will be producing digital content for use across multiple platforms including videos, social media posts, email and our website. You will also be involved in internal communications, creating content which captures the attention of colleagues across our sites. If you’re passionate about storytelling, social media, content creation and delivering impactful campaigns, this is an exciting opportunity to make your mark.

Responsibilities

  • Social media: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Muntons social media channels. This will include co-ordination of an engaging calendar of social posts, content creation, execution and community management, monitoring and engagement. You will be running the Muntons corporate channels as well as revitalising the Muntons Homebrew channels too.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, authentic content including short and long form videos, photography and graphics.
  • Manage and grow our organic social media presence and engagement, monitoring performance and optimising content to maximise reach and impact.
  • Work with the Communications Manager to deliver and manage effective paid-for social media campaigns that drive measurable results such as reach, engagement and conversions.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse with social media trends and emerging platforms to keep our digital presence fresh and innovative.
  • Track, analyse and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance content effectiveness and channel growth.

Campaigns:

  • Working alongside the marketing team, take an active role in brainstorming creative marketing campaigns for new product launches or strategic campaigns that showcase our core products.
  • Adapt and roll-out campaign concepts across organic and paid social media activity.
  • Play a part in designing eye-catching content and artwork for internal and external campaigns, such as adverts and graphics.
  • Analyse digital and social campaign performance metrics and provide insights to improve reach and effectiveness.
  • Support the marketing team in keeping the company website updated, including writing blogs and news stories and SEO implementation through things like keyword research and on-page optimisation.
  • Support internal communications activities as required. This might include creating photo/video/written content for internal information screens, monthly Town Hall meetings and our internal intranet system.

Other:

  • Supporting the wider marketing team with marketing and/or communications priorities as required.

Required skillset

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in digital communications/marketing, social media management and content creation.
  • Experience of managing corporate social media accounts across channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and Bluesky.
  • Strong creative photography and videography skills, with proficiency in video editing software.
  • Excellent creative copywriting for social media channels and storytelling ability for different digital formats, including longer form copywriting such as blogs and news stories.
  • Experience delivering paid social media campaigns and an understanding of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Business Suite.
  • An eye for design, with experience of using design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • An eye for details, and the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • A confident self-starter.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience of using content management systems such as WordPress.

Bonus:
