Experienced Care Leader with family support work and youth qualifications advantageous. Committed to promoting and embodying excellence in a high-performance learning environment. This is a live-in position, which comes with a free private 3-bedroomed accommodation.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary band NJC43 £56,293 - NJC52 £70,299 (NVQ Level 5 and above).

Muntham House School is a non-maintained residential and day SEN School for pupils with Autism and other conditions, aged 5-18 with a local, regional and national reputation for innovation and successful practice, with an excellent training programme. Muntham has achieved Ofsted Outstanding Care for 6 consecutive years.

We are seeking an individual that not only comes with managerial experience and appropriate qualifications, but someone who is passionate and committed to making a difference to the lives of young people with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties. As an individual you will be fit, active, have a positive and approachable demeanour, with the ability to be resourceful.
