A relevant fitness qualification in order to assist with creating gym fitness programmes for our guests. Evidence of supervisory/management training.

As the Spa Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Spa and gym. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the team deliver exceptional customer service, through the delivery of health and beauty treatments, fitness programmes and customer care.
  • Focusing on the fitness operation, you will also be responsible for ensuring the spa services are promoted to maximise sales and profit.
  • Identifying sales opportunities within the beauty and fitness membership operations.
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and safety of all areas.
  • Respond to audits that are completed by the company to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
  • Assist the manager in controlling the spa budget, in relation to occupancy, departmental expenses and staff rotas.

You will demonstrate the ability to handle guest enquiries confidently and provide accurate advice to clients regarding treatments and fitness programmes. You will be an excellent organiser with a passion for providing excellent customer care. As a point of contact you will be well presented. You will be friendly and approachable; you will go the extra mile for our guests; you will provide highly consistent good service and you will lead by example.
