Welcome to Munro & Fox. We offer a fully outsourced sales division focused on Construction and Real Estate. Specialising in propelling fit out & refurbishment businesses to new heights, we provide tailored strategies for sustainable growth and market presence.
This is a full-time hybrid role for an experienced Telesales Consultant working from London one day a week and at home for the rest. The New Business Development Manager will be responsible for lead generation, following up inbound leads and market knowledge.
- Industry Knowledge
- Understanding of the construction, fit out, and workplace design sector
- Familiarity with terminology (e.g., fit out, refurbishment, workplace trends, sustainability)
- Awareness of key players: contractors, architects, designers, and end clients
- Sales Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in telesales, ideally B2B
- Experience booking meetings with decision-makers (CEOs, FMs, property managers)
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed KPIs (calls, meetings, pipeline generation)
- Market Research Capabilities
- Skilled in researching target companies, contacts, and industry trends
