Welfare Cleaner – Bermondsey 📍 Location: Bermondsey, Southwark 💷 Pay Rate: £16.85 per hour (PAYE Umbrella) 🕗 Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm ⏰ Paid Hours: 9.5 hours per day 📅 Duration: Long-term We are currently looking for a reliable Welfare Cleaner for a long-term construction project in Bermondsey. Requirements: * Valid CSCS Card * Must be a resident of the London Borough of Southwark due to Section 106 local employment requirements * Previous welfare cleaning experience on construction sites is preferred * Punctual, hardworking, and able to maintain high cleaning standards Duties include: * Cleaning site welfare facilities, including canteens, offices, toilets, and changing areas * Restocking hygiene supplies * Ensuring welfare areas remain clean, tidy, and safe throughout the day * Following all site health and safety procedures If you meet the above requirements and are available for long-term work, we'd like to hear from you.
