We are currently seeking experienced Traffic Marshalls for an upcoming construction project based in Teesside, Redcar.

Position: Traffic Marshall

Location: Teesside – Redcar

Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour

Employment Type: PAYE (Direct Employment)

Key Duties:

  • Safely directing site traffic and plant movement
  • Banking vehicles in and out of site access points
  • Carrying out Banksman duties to assist with the safe movement and reversing of vehicles and plant machinery
  • Maintaining safe access and egress routes
  • Communicating clearly with drivers and site operatives
  • Ensuring site traffic management procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working on construction sites
  • Valid NPORS or CPCS Traffic Marshall card
  • Good awareness of site health & safety regulations
