Handyman needed in Brent Cross.
- Location: Brent Cross, North London
- Rate: £20.00 per hour – CIS
- Hours: 8:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Paid Hours: 9.5 hours per day
- Duration: Ongoing work for the next few months
- Start Date: Immediate
Munnelly Support Services is looking for an experienced Handyman to join an ongoing construction project in the Brent Cross area. This role will mainly involve light handyman work. When handyman duties are quiet, you must be willing to assist with general labouring and site duties. You will continue to be paid the full handyman rate of £20.00 per hour CIS while carrying out labouring duties.
Duties will include:
- Carrying out general handyman work
- Completing minor repairs and maintenance
- Installing, repairing and adjusting temporary hoarding
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Assisting with general labouring duties when required
- Keeping working areas clean, tidy and safe
- Following instructions from the site management team
Requirements:
- Valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery
- Must have your own tools
- Previous handyman or carpentry experience
- Willing to assist with labouring duties when required
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Full PPE
- Right to work in the UK
