This role would suit an experienced Traffic Marshall, Traffic Marshal, Banksman, Vehicle Banksman or Construction Site Operative who holds a valid CSCS Card and recognised Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket. Traffic Marshall Duties * Managing vehicle movements entering and leaving the construction site * Banking delivery vehicles safely around site * Directing site traffic and construction vehicles * Ensuring pedestrian and vehicle routes remain safe and clear * Assisting drivers with reversing and manoeuvring where required * Communicating with site operatives, delivery drivers and site management * Maintaining safe traffic management procedures * Following all site health and safety requirements * General Traffic Marshall / Banksman duties as required Requirements Applicants must have: * Valid CSCS Card * Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman Ticket * Good communication skills * Good understanding of site health and safety * Reliable and punctual * Available for the required cover dates Ideal Candidate We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience in roles such as: Traffic Marshall, Traffic Marshal, Banksman, Vehicle Banksman, Gateperson, Gateman, Construction Labourer, Site Labourer, Traffic Management Operative or Construction Site Operative.
