We're recruiting a Client Engagement Executive to join our team and play a key role in shaping our future growth. We want someone who's naturally curious, commercially switched on and excited by the challenge of turning information into opportunity. Someone who asks questions, understands what makes businesses tick and can see potential where others might not.
What will you be doing?
- Spotting opportunities, researching upcoming construction projects, emerging markets and potential clients
- Analysing market trends, competitor activity and client pipelines to help shape our business development strategy
- Supporting client engagement, building relationships and helping us get in front of the right people at the right time
- Working alongside our Business Development and Preconstruction teams to turn early-stage opportunities into a strong pipeline of future work
- Bringing fresh thinking, new ideas and the energy to challenge how we approach growth.
Who are we looking for?
We're less interested in someone who ticks every box and more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, ambition and potential.
You’ll probably be someone who:
- Is naturally inquisitive and loves finding things out
- Has a commercial mindset and enjoys connecting people, projects and opportunities
- Is confident communicating and building relationships
- Can turn research and data into meaningful insights
- Is organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Wants to learn, develop and make a contribution to a growing business
Experience in business development, research, sales or bid support would be great, particularly in construction or logistics, but your mindset and approach matter just as much.
