We are now looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Manager to join our growing team and provide key support to the Managing Director and Leadership Team. This is a varied and fast-paced position responsible for supporting the effective day-to-day management of the business through high-level executive, organisational, and administrative support. You will act as a central coordination point across the business, supporting leadership activities, operational administration, client engagement events, business systems, marketing coordination, and compliance administration. The role requires someone who is professional, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities while building strong working relationships across all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive & Leadership Support
    • Provide executive assistant support to the Managing Director and Leadership Team
    • Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, presentations, and business communications
    • Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation
    • Track leadership actions, priorities, and business initiatives
  • Business Administration & Coordination
    • Support the coordination of day-to-day business activities
    • Maintain company documentation, records, systems, and administrative processes
    • Assist with reporting, document control, and business correspondence
    • Support office administration and business continuity activities
  • Systems & Organisational Support
    • Maintain company systems, trackers, templates, and shared business resources
    • Support continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes
    • Ensure records and business information are accurate and organised
  • Events, Hospitality & Client Engagement
    • Coordinate company events, conferences, meetings, and client hospitality
    • Manage event logistics including venues, travel, accommodation, and catering
    • Support professional client engagement and relationship-building activities
  • Marketing & Social Media
    • Assist with marketing content, social media updates, and business communications
    • Support newsletters, presentations, project updates, and promotional materials
    • Ensure consistency of company branding and messaging
  • Compliance & Prequalification Support
    • Maintain third-party prequalification portals and compliance systems
    • Coordinate documentation for accreditations, onboarding, and submissions
    • Monitor renewal dates and ensure compliance information remains up to date

Person Specification

  • Experience
    • Experience in an executive support, office management, event management or PA role
    • Experience supporting senior management or leadership teams
    • Experience coordinating meetings, events, travel, and business activities
