Our Regional Managers provide support to our Engineers, Senior Engineers, and our Technical Team. They are a vital resource to ensure HSB Engineering continues to provide its industry leading levels of service to our customers.

Job Purpose

As a Regional Manager you will lead a team of Engineering Surveyors within a designated geographical area, providing motivational leadership and guidance to deliver high quality services that exceed customer expectations. Our Engineers provide inspection services to customers on site. These inspections ensure we support our customers' obligations around regulatory compliance and help keep their staff and customers safe.

Your role as a Regional Manager is vital to ensuring our Engineers are engaged, safe, happy, and productive so we can maintain and improve upon our already market leading results. This role will ensure that both our existing customer base and new customers experience exceptional levels of service as we progress our growth ambitions for 2026 and beyond. You will be well rewarded for your skill in achieving this with an attractive salary and a wide range of industry leading benefits.

Your recruitment skills supported by the recruitment team will be well honed ensuring you are always "in front" of your growth requirements. Proactive management of Campaigns is an important task. HSB believes safety is the number one priority and your support in a Regional Duty Manager roster is required as part of the role from time to time. You will be a highly regarded people manager who is empowered to create the best environment for your Engineers that ensures we are always first choice for our customers.
