Responsibilities:
- Partner with IT and client-facing colleagues to manage product roadmaps and backlogs for IT products, ensuring that the product team delivers capabilities on time, on budget and per expectation.
- Manage delivery processes including requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
- Partner with executive and subject matter expert colleagues to identify key capabilities and maintain Product lifecycle according to IT conformance process and guidelines.
- Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
- Monitor and evaluate product compliance and performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement.
- Own cross-project roadmap and pipeline for multiple Data and Analytics initiatives, aligning delivery with business priorities and capacity.
- Manage high-level scoping, dependencies, and integration of functional and non-functional requirements into plans.
- Act as primary interface between business stakeholders, Data Office, and Data & Analytics teams; run decision and sign-off trackers.
- Ensure adherence to platform management approach, standards, and governance timetables.
- Clarify scope and outcomes, maintain backlog of epics/features, and embed change control into the pipeline.
- Lead high-level requirements and options analysis to support strategic decisions on data products and platform capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops, working groups and steering forums; provide tailored status updates for execs, SMEs and delivery teams.
- Produce reports and insights that support IT and data strategy management, including risks, benefits and value tracking.
Knowledge and Skills:
- University degree preferably in Computer engineering / IT, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences or similar qualification.
- Understanding of Databricks, Azure datastack with familiarity of Devops/CI-CD and monitoring is required.
- Awareness of data engineering concepts, development and testing of pipelines is mandatory.
- 3+ years product management experience working in a regulated industry such as Financial Services. Digital product management experience is an asset.
- Demonstrated experience of working in a scaled/agile team, with team members in different global locations.
- Preferably, you are already ITIL or Scrum certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support.
