About the role:
The Underwriting & Claims Administrator proactively manages administrative duties within the team, focusing on client referrals, process documentation, and smooth team operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage Underwriting, Claims, and Group Risk mailboxes to ensure referrals are checked for completeness, set up, and allocated, within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Produce quarterly operational dashboards for the department and client-specific reporting.
- Prepare and compile documentation required for internal and client audits.
- Collaborate with Technical Accounts to resolve discrepancies between clients’ claim requests and in-force data.
- Oversee CMO trackers, ensuring invoice accuracy relative to claims referred to individual CMOs and tracking against annual budgets.
- Use Coupa system for creating annual CMO invoicing and provide invoicing processing support for the wider Protection division.
- Maintain SharePoint site access and permissions, ensuring appropriate controls.
- Perform annual reviews of file storage systems for optimisation and tidiness.
- Manage team meeting coordination, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
