The Senior Strategic Enablement Partner will lead change enablement for the UW Workbench programme and deliver a unified change approach for Underwriting Excellence initiatives. This role will champion adoption of new ways of working, embed change practices, and energise cultural transformation to deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities
  • UW Excellence programmes: Strategic Partnering & Advisory
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to the GSI Underwriting Leadership Team, providing insights and guidance on change capability, progress, and impact throughout the transformation journey.
    • Translate strategic objectives into a cohesive change portfolio roadmap for Underwriting Excellence, ensuring alignment across programs.
    • Embed the GSI Change Enablement framework within Underwriting Excellence initiatives, focusing on measurable business value and adoption of new ways of working.
    • Equip executives and leaders to effectively sponsor and role‐model the change agenda.
    • Define and reinforce cultural behaviors required to sustain transformation.
  • UW Workbench: Change Strategy Design & Delivery
    • Lead the design and execution of change enablement and readiness strategy, approach and plan, ensuring smooth transition to new processes, systems and ways of working.
    • Align and engage key leadership stakeholders on the UW Workbench programme vision, roadmap and leadership action plan to support active and visible leadership involvement and ownership aligned to the programme objectives.
    • Conduct change impact assessments to identify specific groups, roles, capabilities and processes affected, quantifying the degree and nature of change.
    • Design and implement proactive mitigation strategies to address identified end‐user adoption risks, potential resistance points and challenges.
    • Orchestrate, design and execute change narrative and messaging, strategic leadership alignment sessions, communications, engagement, change network, training and post‐go live activities to drive end‐user understanding, build knowledge and skills and accelerate adoption.
    • Establish success measures and feedback loops to monitor adoption, adjust strategies and sustain momentum.
    • Maintain a shared set of change enablement practices, templates, and tools for consistency across initiatives.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Extensive experience in change management, strategic enablement, or organisational transformation within complex global environments.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in insurance or underwriting transformation preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed global environment.
