We are currently looking for a Head of Data Delivery on a full-time basis, reporting into the Head of Data & Analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the data-product portfolio for Global Markets — what gets built, in what order, and for whom — and ensure it ships and is adopted.
  • Run a single, transparent process for capturing demand, prioritising it against value and risk, and sequencing delivery for early, visible wins.
  • Act as senior product owner for the priority data products, defining clear specifications — owners, consumers, service levels and fitness-for-purpose.
  • Run the delivery cadence that turns the roadmap into certified, adopted products.
  • Drive consumption so that trusted, sanctioned data products become the default route for the business.
  • Build and grow the data product ownership capability as the portfolio scales.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a product owner and/or portfolio / delivery lead for data or analytics products, with a track record of shipped, adopted deliverables.
  • Strong prioritisation and portfolio-management skills: intake, value-based sequencing, roadmap ownership, and making trade-offs transparent to senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in modern delivery approaches (agile / product operating models) applied proportionately.
  • Ability to write clear, buildable product specifications and hold a team accountable to them.
  • Strong stakeholder management and translation skills, converting business and analytics demand into well-formed requirements.
  • Understanding of data-product thinking, semantic layers and self-service, and how certified products displace tactical reporting.
  • Specialty / London Market business fluency (underwriting, delegated authority, finance, exposure), or the ability to acquire it quickly.
  • Commercial acumen and communication skills to articulate portfolio value and progress to a senior, non-technical audience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data and information management, computer science, or a related business discipline. Certifications e.g., Certified Data Management Professional is desirable.

If you are excited about this role but your experience does not align perfectly with everything outlined, or you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway. You might just be the candidate we are looking for!
