What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain HSB's Compliance Management System, ensuring the business meets regulatory requirements and Munich Re Group standards.
- Deliver compliance monitoring activities, coordinate governance processes, prepare regulatory reporting and management information, and maintain compliance policies and documentation.
- Identify regulatory developments, contribute to business improvements and help embed effective compliance practices across the organisation.

What You'll Need
- Experience in a compliance, risk, governance, audit or regulatory environment.
- Good knowledge of FCA and PRA regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty and conduct risk.
- Awareness of financial crime risks, including anti-money laundering, sanctions, anti-bribery and fraud prevention.
- Experience producing management information, governance reporting or regulatory documentation.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience within insurance or financial services would be advantageous.
