Internal Communications Specialist The Internal Communications Specialist at Munich Re Specialty - Global Markets (MRS-GM) plays a key role in supporting a cohesive employee experience. This role reports to the Senior Internal Communications Manager, who will provide strategic direction and prioritisation. The role coordinates and delivers impactful internal communication initiatives, working with senior stakeholders to help strengthen corporate culture and support alignment with Munich Re Specialty and Group strategies. It coordinates plans and events and maintains channels that help strengthen culture through high-quality execution, clear communication and an employee-centred approach. Responsibilities Internal communication delivery : Coordinate the delivery of clear, engaging and audience-appropriate internal communications for MRS-GM, translating strategic priorities and guidance into effective messages, campaigns, and employee experiences. Culture and change communications : Support MRS-GM culture and change initiatives by developing communications that help employees understand business priorities, leadership messages, organisational change and people-related topics. Employee engagement and clarity : Help improve employee engagement by coordinating messages across stakeholders, reducing duplication, and ensuring communications are timely, relevant, and easy to understand. Internal events: Plan and deliver internal events and townhalls, including virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats, that connect employees with leaders, reinforce business priorities, and support engagement, culture, and change objectives. Group and regional alignment: Collaborate with Group Communications, Munich Re Specialty, and regional communications colleagues to align messaging, integrate relevant Group campaigns into MRS-GM (e.g., DE economic and geographic backgrounds; physical abilities; ages; life, school, and career experiences; and political, religious, and personal beliefs.
