Munich Re Specialty - Global Markets is seeking a Head of Capital to lead the Capital Team and manage the Internal Model (IM) development, documentation and validation.

The role interfaces with Chair of R&CC, CRO, CEO, and other groups across Munich Re.

You will drive actuarial input into business planning, reinsurance strategy and risk & capital processes, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring timely reporting.
