What You'll Be Doing

  • Working closely with the Head of Technical Learning & Development, you'll be responsible for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of graduate, apprentice and early-career development programmes.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, training and progression of graduates, apprentices and early-career talent.
  • Develop structured learning pathways aligned with business and technical competency requirements.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues throughout their development.
  • Work with managers and technical specialists to support future capability requirements.
  • Support professional membership and Registered Building Inspector development.
  • Monitor learner progress and programme effectiveness, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
