We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engagement Manager with strong technical skills and prior experience in one or more areas of non-life insurance portfolio management—such as actuarial portfolio diagnostics, business steering, reporting and analytics, accumulation control, or capital management.

Your Profile

  • You have a tertiary education (BSc, MSc, PhD) in mathematics, statistics, actuarial sciences, or a related numerical science; or professional qualification from a recognized Actuarial Association
  • You have technical numerical experience in primary insurance with exposure to strategy, operations, PPCU, or insurance technology. You are comfortable performing analytics on large data sets and translating your results into actionable insights that can deliver real business value.
  • You have actuarial/analytical technical hands-on expertise in one or more aspects of non-life portfolio management, such as business steering, reporting, accumulation control, pricing, or actuarial diagnostics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a client-focused mindset
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and a proactive, self-starting attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or French are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel and engage in international assignments as needed
