We are currently looking for a Digital Product Support to work with us on a full-time basis in one of our regional UK office locations (Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Kent, Glasgow, etc.), reporting to the Head of Underwriting Operations. You will support the digital product offerings within our business, ensuring seamless operation, user experience, and optimisation of our digital insurance products for internal stakeholders and end customers.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, resolving product-related concerns, and assisting in enhancing digital product features to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Provide support for digital insurance products across multiple platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues, collaborating with the development team for complex problems.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to proactively address recurring issues.
  • Ensure daily data uploads across all products.
  • Act as the main contact for customers experiencing technical issues.
  • Support the Digital Underwriting Lead in delivering new products and applications.
  • Coordinate with underwriting teams when referrals are required.
  • Develop an understanding of underwriting principles behind each digital product.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in digital underwriting.
  • Promote good conduct to deliver optimal outcomes for customers and policyholders.
  • Understand escalation procedures and responsibilities of relevant governance groups.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of insurance regulations and digital compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with insurance platforms and APIs.
