Purpose of the Position
To work with and be part of the Broking Team and provide support to aid the placement of new and renewal business and enhance performance of Lloyd’s business.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with the Broking Department team and assist in the preparation of material for presentation to Underwriters and Clients.
- Assist the team to build, develop and manage existing business relationships.
- Assist the team in binding authority placement process by maintaining the Broking Checklist, Business plan, completing market sheets and TCF forms, and clearing temporary table transactions.
- Assist in the production and presentation of statistical and data analysis relating to the performance of the Lloyd's Contracts including distribution to Underwriters.
- Assist in the enhancement of MRS-NA data and reporting capabilities in conjunction with the IT team.
- Liaise with other Departments to resolve any queries.
- Provide assistance to the Broking team as required in order to achieve the departmental objectives.
- Abide by the policies and procedures of Bell & Clements Ltd.

- Annual salary will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
