Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of large-scale, complex IT and Cybersecurity projects, including global and regulatory initiatives.
  • Drive the development of project charters that clearly define scope, objectives, timeline, success metrics, requirements (business, non-functional, functional, and operational), and risk mitigation strategies for global cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
  • Ensure adherence to and adoption of Munich Re’s project management methodology – ‘MR Essentials’.
  • Actively contribute feedback to established methodologies within the spirit of continuous improvement.
  • Define resource requirements and manage resource availability and allocation – both internal and third party.
  • Structure and manage a budget based on requirements and track costs to deliver the project on budget.
  • Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones and workstreams.
