Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and efficient support for digital insurance products across multiple platforms
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to digital products, collaborating with the development team for complex problems.
  • Monitor digital product performance and user feedback to proactively identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Ensure all data uploads are done on a daily basis across all products.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with digital products.
  • Support the Digital Underwriting Lead in delivering new products and applications.
  • Liaise and escalate to specific line‑of‑business underwriting teams when Underwriter referral is required.
  • Develop a basic understanding of the underwriting principles behind each of the digital products offered.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in digital underwriting.
  • Help drive forward good conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers/policyholders.
  • Understand all appropriate lines of escalation and the responsibilities of the Product Conduct Risk Strategy Group (PCRSG), Underwriting & Claims Sub Committee (UCSC), ExCo and Board for Conduct Risk.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and digital compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with insurance platforms and APIs.
